Audit Committee

The Audit Committee was formed to support the Board of Commissioners in carrying out its supervisory function and ensuring the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) in all aspects of the Company's operations. This committee plays a role in overseeing the effectiveness of the internal control system, transparency of financial reports, risk management, and ensuring independence and objectivity in the audit process carried out by internal auditors and public accountants.
