Anti-Corruption Policy

The Company is aware that bribery and corruption carried out by people who do not have integrity greatly affect all aspects of the Company, resulting in losses experienced by the Company. The antibribery and corruption policy is a fraud prevention program to suppress the occurrence of fraud in the future. This is in accordance with Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption.

The scope of anti-corruption includes avoiding conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, gifts and hospitality, accurate records, reporting and accounting protecting the Company's financial assets, physical assets and intellectual property, and anti-money laundering.

Throughout 2024, we can report that there were no cases of corruption that have been proven to involve the Company's employees and business partners.
