The Nomination and Remuneration Committee was formed as part of the Company's efforts to implement good corporate governance (GCG). This committee is directly responsible to the Board of Commissioners and has a strategic role in managing the nomination aspect and remuneration policy for members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
