Personal Information

Willy Cahya Sundara was born in Ciamis on July 28, 1981, and is currently 43 years old. He has more than two decades of professional experience in finance, auditing, and corporate management. He currently serves as Director of PT Intan Baru Prana.

Education

He earned his Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting from Universitas Diponegoro in 2004. He later obtained a Master of Management (MM) degree from BSI Bandung University in 2017. Since 2021, he has been pursuing a Doctoral Program in Financial Management at Universitas Jakarta (UNJ) as part of his continuous academic and professional development.

Professional Career

Mr. Willy Cahya Sundara began his professional career in October 2003 as Sales Administrator/Branch Controller at PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk, where he served until March 2005. He then joined PT Jamsostek (Persero) as Accounting Coordinator (2005–2006), followed by his role as Plant Controller at Danone Aqua (PT Tirta Investama) (2006–2007).

From 2007 to 2008, he served as Branch Controller for the West Java region at PT ISS Indonesia. He later joined the Corporate Finance Division of PT Elnusa Tbk (2008–2009). Between 2009 and 2010, he worked as an Auditor at the Inspektorat Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia.

He subsequently held strategic leadership roles as Finance Division Head at PT Asia Pacific Oil Services (2010–2011) and Finance Director at PT Ceria Nuraha Indotama (2011–2012). From 2012 to 2016, he served as General Manager of Finance at PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi, a joint venture between PT Pelindo (Persero) and PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk.

Since May 2016, he has been serving as Director & Chief Financial Officer of PT Tenaga Listrik Bengkulu, a joint venture between PowerChina and PT Intraco Penta Tbk, where he is responsible for financial management, corporate strategy, and governance oversight.
