Personal Information

Fifi was born in Jakarta on May 3, 1977. She is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in HR management, HR business partnering, and Human Resources & General Affairs leadership across multinational and national companies.

Professional Career

Fifi began her career as an HR Generalist at PT Shield Indonesia (2004–2005). She then joined Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta as HR Assistant Manager (2005–2006).

From 2007 to 2008, she worked as a Consultant at PT Benchmark Asia / C.O. PT Opac Barata. She later expanded her career internationally by joining NES Global Talent in Kuala Lumpur as Key Account Manager (2008–2010), before continuing her assignment in Jakarta (2010–2011).

Between 2011 and 2016, she held various roles at PT Shell Indonesia, with her last position being HR Advisor. She subsequently joined PT ABB Indonesia (2016–2023), where she served in multiple strategic positions, most recently as HR Business Partner for the Electrification Business. In this role, she managed five business units, including two manufacturing facilities.

Since January 2024, she has been serving as HRGA Division Head at PT Intraco Penta Tbk, overseeing corporate-level Human Resources and General Affairs strategy and operations.
