Educational Background

Earned a Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Socio-Economic Studies from the Faculty of Animal Science, Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) in 1993.

Career History

Has more than 30 years of professional experience in the banking and financial services industry, with extensive expertise in credit management, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.

Began her career at Jayabank International from 1993 to 2000, where she last served as Consumer Banking Head, Bintaro Jaya Branch. She then joined PT Bank ICB Bumiputera Tbk from 2001 to 2012, holding her final position as Assistant Vice President – Outside Jakarta Branch Coordinator.

On 1 October 2012, she joined PT Intan Baru Prana Tbk and held several strategic roles, including Credit Cycle Head, Compliance & Risk Management, and Special Asset Management Division Head during the period 2012–2022.

She is currently serving as Corporate Secretary of the Company, based on Board of Directors Decree No. 004/SKEPDIR/IBP/0822, effective 10 August 2022, and plays a key role in supporting the implementation of good corporate governance and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
