ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Jakarta, June 3, 2015 – IBF, a leading financing company that provides financing solutions tailored to customers' investment and working capital funding needs, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders today.
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS")
During the AGMS, the Shareholders approved the Company's Annual Report, which recorded a net profit for the current year and a total comprehensive income of Rp. 60,752,290,843 (sixty billion seven hundred fifty-two million two hundred ninety thousand eight hundred forty-three Rupiah). The Shareholders subsequently approved the allocation of the net profit for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, as follows: Rp. 3,037,614,542 (or 5% of the net profit) was set aside as a general reserve; Rp. 3,173,720,000 (or 5.22% of the net profit) was approved for distribution as cash dividends; and the remaining Rp. 54,540,956,301 (fifty-four billion five hundred forty million nine hundred fifty-six thousand three hundred one Rupiah) was retained as retained earnings for the Company's development.
