EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND PUBLIC EXPOSE PT INTAN BARUPRANA FINANCE TBK (IBF)

Jakarta, October 27, 2015 – IBF, a leading financing company that provides financing solutions tailored to customers' investment and working capital funding needs, held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and Public Expose today.

Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM")

In the EGM, the Company proposed to the shareholders a change in the composition of the Board of Directors, namely the appointment of Alexander Reyza as a Director of the Company. His term of office is effective from the date of passing the Fit & Proper Test from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) concerning his appointment as Director of the Company until the end of the term as stipulated in the Company's Articles of Association, while observing Capital Market regulations.

Public Expose

During the Public Expose, the Board of Directors presented the Company's performance as follows: The Company recorded a net profit for the current year and a total comprehensive income as of September 2015 of Rp. 47,267 million (forty-seven billion two hundred sixty-seven million Rupiah). The Company's total assets as of September 2015 reached Rp. 3.576 Trillion (three trillion five hundred seventy-six billion Rupiah), and the total financing disbursed reached Rp. 3.056 Trillion (three trillion fifty-six billion Rupiah). Equity as of September 2015 reached Rp. 611,741 million (six hundred eleven billion seven hundred forty-one million Rupiah).
