Jakarta, November 17, 2025 – PT Intan Baru Prana Tbk (formerly PT Intan Baruprana Finance Tbk), a company engaged in the commercial transportation equipment trade, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, continues to maintain consistent performance in order to achieve sustainable growth.

This consistency is reflected in the Company's revenue growth, where as of September 2025, the Company recorded revenue of IDR 143.79 billion, a significant increase of approximately 807% compared to the same period in 2024, which was IDR 15.85 billion. This increase is one of the indicators of the Company's improved operational performance throughout 2025.

The Company's President Director, Petrus Halim, said that the Company's consistent growth is inseparable from the increase in fleet productivity, strengthening of operational efficiency, and selectivity in carrying out heavy equipment rental projects. These steps have supported the creation of more solid and sustainable performance throughout 2025.

“Currently, the Company continues to develop cooperation in the field of heavy equipment rental. The Company has established partnerships with several large companies, including PT Darma Henwa Tbk, PT Mitra Stania Prima, and PT Petrosea Tbk,” said Petrus Halim in a Public Presentation on Monday (11/17/2025).

Petrus emphasized that going forward, the Company will continue to strengthen its strategy of establishing partnerships with strategic partners that have solid expertise and financial capacity in the commercial vehicle sector.

In addition, the Company is also committed to maintaining long-term relationships with customers by providing comprehensive after-sales services, including field consultation support and recommendations for commercial transportation equipment solutions that best suit their operational needs.

The Company notes a number of challenges that will still be faced in the future. One of them is increasingly fierce competition among rental service providers, especially from large players that already have a more complete fleet and an extensive operational network.

In addition, high operational costs, including unit maintenance, fuel consumption, and the need to mobilize equipment between projects, are also factors that need to be managed carefully. Another challenge is fluctuating demand, which depends on economic conditions, seasons, and project schedules from both the government and private sectors.

The Company also believes that the limited availability of skilled personnel, including experienced operators and certified heavy equipment technicians in several regions, remains a challenge that must be anticipated. In addition, the risk of unit damage and potential delays in customer payments are factors that could affect cash flow and equipment rental schedules.

Nevertheless, the Company remains optimistic about the various opportunities available. One of these opportunities stems from the growth of national and regional infrastructure projects, such as the construction of roads, bridges, and dams, which are believed to drive demand for heavy equipment rental services.

In addition, increased mining and energy activities in Kalimantan and other regions also open up opportunities for growth in demand for heavy equipment. The plantation and agribusiness sectors are also expected to make a positive contribution, given the need for heavy equipment for land clearing and maintenance activities.

On the other hand, the growing trend of “renting rather than buying” among contractors and developers is a potential factor that can maintain the Company's performance sustainability. The development of digitalization and digital-based rental platforms also opens up wider market access for the Company. In addition, opportunities for cooperation with the government, regional-owned enterprises, and other large companies are areas of growth that continue to be optimized.
